Q1:Can you print with customized logo and package?
Yes. we do. but please send us the artwork and MOQ to check.
Q2:How long can I expect to get the sample?
2-3 days to prepare for the sample, within 5 days to offer you sample. If you need the samples, we will charge for the sample cost.But the sample cost can be refundable after order confirmation when your quantity of the order is more about the MOQ.
Q3:How to get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
ODM: Please tell us your interested model and demand quantity, we will offer you best price.
OEM: Please tell us the details:size,quantity,printing/package etc request, We will calculate the best price for you.
Q4:What are the payment terms?

Q6:What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.
Q7:What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
